Cheap SNES Dev Cart
Up for offer is a PAL SNES dev cart of International Superstar Soccer Deluxe. I bought this intending to buy a converter or copier of some kind to try it out and dump it, but never got around to it. Now it is just taking up space. No idea if there are any differences between this cart and the retail one. Cart label reads RH048. Any way, first person with $65 gets it shipped in the US.
