^There's so many people here who will post that for PSP, and one guy who posts it for dreamcast roms....
You'd have to be stupid to pay for dreamcast roms.

I walked into a pawn shop here and eyed an Intellivision in the showcase. The guy behind the counter jumped on my interest and proudly boasted, "It comes with a ton of games, too."

"Alright", I said, "Let's see 'em." So he pulls out a stack of games.. all commons. Space this, Astro that, Baseball, Skiing, Football, the works. So I look back up at the guy and he grins broadly, "Two hundred bucks and it's yours."

I can't help but laugh and say instinctively, "Are you serious?" The moment the grin disappeared from his face is the moment I knew he really *was* serious. I then look at the titles and say, "I mean, it wouldn't be bad if these were all uncommon, desirable titles, but these are all commons..."

He then gets in a huff and starts putting it all away quickly, exclaiming, "Well then. I guess I'll just take it over to [name of popular local game store]. Joe there will give me two-hundred bucks for it."

I blink and just boggle at the situation. I'm speechless for a moment, and then manage to explain, "Joe? You mean, the guy buying Intellivisions for ten bucks each and selling them for eighty?" The guy looks a little upset now, retorting, "He pays more than that! Joe and I go *way* back!" He gestures with his arms, as if pointing to exactly *how* far back he and Joe really go.

I shake my head and shrug my shoulders, "Sorry, man. I was there just last week and that's what he's paying. But don't take my word for it, go see for yourself. Anyway, good luck."

I promptly walked out, deciding to keep this shop on my list of stores to frequent. After all, a store with employees *this* dumb is a store that will price their rare stuff cheaply, only because they don't know better.

shit man i have a decent intellivision collection, there aren't too many rare or pricey games for that thing i mean i even managed to get thunder castle for under $10. It would have to be pretty loaded to hit $200 in my book, I'm talking intellivoice module with all compatible games, heman, thunder castle, spiker pro volleyball, and i dont even know what else. oh i know what could get me to pay $200 for an intv, if it had the keyboard component, or even the ecs.

It's so tempting to post a car sale thread like that now.

There's a nice one, only $80 for a PS1 with 3 loose games, and with such a bargain price there's obviously no need to know what those games are. The best part, it has two, count them, two remoter controls. That's right not just one, but two remoter controls.

Hey, sometimes one remoter controls isn't enough.

Better hurry, this deal isn't going to last!

Well since it's got the robot it's ok. I mean, that thing is rarer than Noah's Ark. I would hop right on that if I lived in Canada.....and was a mindless ferret that watched paint dry all day long.

Well, it does say it has been "rechipped."
Obviously, he chipped it with a SNES proc. Duh. I rechipped my NES with a Saturn proc, soldered it to a Laseractive, and it now plays PS3 games.

Yea my genesis was having a hard time playing ps3 games so i stacked about 40 32x's (creating the worlds first sega 1280x) into that sucker all of a sudden nasa comes up to me all like "hey we need your super computer to save these astronauts who are trapped in the past" and i was like hmm i dunno this game of star wars arcade isnt going to play itself.

so long story short, i let them use my super computer (genesis with additional 32x's) and they went into the past where they encountered pretty badly rendered star wolf. After a brief battle they gave up on the astronauts and plugged a copy of starfox 64 into los Genetar (the name i have just assigned my super computer) and gave that a quick run though. After that we went out for strawberry ice cream. The end

I've been considering using the TG-16 expansion in the Laseractive but I don't want to get all tied up with that Russian mafia stuff. You don't want to push tech too far or those Russians will come-a-knockin'. I don't need that kind of trouble. I have a wife and kid to think about. You know?
