To be helpful, here is a pretty good condition copy BIN for $145 on eBay. If you use Microsoft Live's search you can get 25% off as well (but you'll need to wait about 90 days before you'll get the money back).

Thank you but I saw that copy and its in worse off condition than copies that I have seen go for around 110-150 , thanks though.
