Here's what I got this evening:

    Gamecube:
SX Superstar (complete) - $2.99 at GameStop

    GBA:
CT Special Forces (cart only) - $4.99 at GameStop

    DS:
Kirby Squeak Squad (new) - $20.98 at Target

World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King promo poster - free at GS

The GS I was at had several of the WoW posters near their front door, and anyone who bought something was welcome to take one. As I have no interest in WoW, I'm giving it to a friend who'll appreciate it more than I would.

I'm glad to get CT Special Forces off the want list, especially since I acquired the sequel in September. Also, it puts me at 90 GBA games.

Check out the new N64 Rumble Pak. See how it feels to feel what you see.

In the CD section I find a TON of boxed PC games (lots of Myst and Zork stuff) along with the Lucasarts game "The Dig". It's complete, near mint with the CD, Player's Guide, order form *for* the guide, reference guide and issue 11 of The Adventurer magazine.

I played the demo for it a long time ago and always wanted to play it but didn't have the cash at the time to get it. Afterwards I could never find it in stores and I just forgot about it until today.
One of my personal favorites. What was on the cover of that issue of The Adventurer? I read all my copies until they fell apart...

Took advantage of Hollywood Video's $3.99 deal going on -- although much of the stock has been pretty much picked over, no surprise there ...

Star Ocean Till the End of Time
Dragon Quest VIII Journey of the Cursed King

Made sure these were the original cases and not the crappy Hollywood Video rental covers & cases.

Also found Twisted Metal 2 for PSX at a thrift store for 25 cents !!

Just got Ganbare Goemon: Mononoke Sugoroku looking brand new in box (haven't opened it yet to check, japanese n64 game were never actually sealed right?) at Goodwill for $3.99. DP doesn't list a rarity for it, but the only copy I can find for sale online is going for $45, so I feel pretty good about it!

After trying to get one of these on the forums for well over 2 months with no success, I finally found a brand new one for $26. Goooooooooooo meeeeeeee!!!!

Speed Racer cart and manual for Snes $10. The manual is 34 pages long(and in color no less) so this must be one of those super indepth games.

Ninja Gaiden import famicom version $5
Neo Geo Pad 2 for PS1/PS2--I kind of stumbled upon this by accident and got a really good price on it. It's a factory sealed copy and is in a box roughly the size of a Neo Geo cartridge box. I'm not sure if I should sell it or put it next to my 2 factory sealed Sega Saturn PS1/PS2 controllers.

I don't play WOW FYI. I'm just sucker into Collector Edition like most people sucker into other system and games.

Wouldn't you rather get a CE you would actually play?

Don't start playing it. My stepdad and little brother both play it. My stepdad works from home so he doesn't have to go outside. He often goes a week without going outside, too busy playing WoW, and my brother does the same thing in the summer.

This assuming that it will automatically take over your life.

I played WoW for a month and stopped. My room mate plays it when he's bored. He'll at most play 2 hours per night. But then again he never plays it every night.

I know what it can do. When I first got the original game I was so into it. I stop playing. Most likely I am giving it to someone as Christmas gift.

Everyone in my high school played WoW. Nearly every guy... except me. I was THE gamer, they weren't remotely gamers. WoW launched in my sophomore year, and it took until the end of senior year to get me to actually give it a try. I played for one month, didn't get into it. It's the most boring, generic, and bland MMO I've ever played.

    Picked up from Pawn Shop:
Playstation System w/ PSOne Dualshock controller, and all cables: $11.99
    LOZ: Twilight Princess-CIB (Wii)-$20
    Hey you Pikachu-cart only (N64) $1.99
    Star Fox 64-cart only (N64) $1.99
    Legend of Dragoon-Disc 1 (PS1) $1

So the story is my Fiance and I had to drive an hour and a half to pick up a check in Beeville. Beeville is kinda out in the middle of nowhere but it has like 15k people. After getting the check I noticed an EZ pawn in this middle of nowhere town. When I first went in I saw a shelf with all PS2, Xbox, and like 2 GC titles, and I was thinking what a waste of my time. Until I notived a glass case full of new releases and N64 carts!!! Also while I was looking through the carts I mentioned there was no hardware and my Fiance says I think I saw them in the back. At the bottom of this closet style glass case there is a playstation that has been sitting there since March of 2007 with a white PS1 w/ screen sitting on top of it. I've been looking for a PS1. Ine thing though, did the PS1 have any known issues. I don't remember mine as a kid having problems, but we had to go through a few discs before it would boot when we tested it at the store. I'd like to fix it up if possible.

I plan on putting a new power cord on tom. I would today but I don't get off until 7 and then a hour drive home so I will be exhausted. But once I get it playing and cleaning I'll do some more pics.

I put the new power cord and it works. 100% Need to get a new blacklight bulb for the console above the controller and still dust, but I just played that thing for a while. I'll do the pics when I get it dusted. Anyone no where to find the monitor shroud for a good price or at least its artwork?

My wife is about to kill me for whistling the tune so much, but righ now I'm happier than a tornado in a trailer park. :-p

    Some of my newest stuff:

I know that the calender isn't gaming related but it's just cool looking. I was really excited about getting to pick up the PowerPak as I'd been trying to find it in stock for months. Other recent pickups include:

    soft-modded XBox with 80GB HD
    Rock Band 2 shirt
    4 issues of Nintendo Power
