I'm going to start listing my collection of these. I'll start with this Metal Gear Solid demo considering I'm in the process of moving out all of my MGS stuff anyway.
Listed here, penny start as usual. This was a cool demo because it wasn't translated into English, so it used subtitles.

Sorry that it took me months to reply here, but I didn't notice that you had asked this way back in the day.!
I sold the Metal Gear Solid PSOne demo for about 70 bucks. So much for the naysayers, eh?
