    Default Games that are advertisements

I bought a copy of Coca-Cola Kid for the Game Gear from eBay a while back and it got me wondering about how many games for various consoles (and handhelds, etc.) are basically advertisements for various products. It hought of a few titles off the top of my head, but are there more?
    My list is:
    Coca-Cola Kid (Game Gear)
    Pepsiman (Playstation)
    Cool Spot [7up] (Various)

I'm pretty sure, though, that there are others. Can anyone name some of them?

    Since I'm first I'll steal:

    KoolAid Man (VCS)
    Chase the Chuckwagon (VCS)
Time will be when the broadest river dries
And the great cities wane and last descend
Into the dust, for all things have an end

    Oh Yeah!!! (Sorry, couldn't resist...)

    How about:

Kool Aid Man (Atari 2600, Intellivision)
    Chase the Chuckwagon (Atari 2600)
Spot (NOT Cool Spot) [NES] (7-UP)
    M. C. Kids (NES) [McDonald's]

I remember a fun platformer for the PC called Avoid the Noid. You had to deliver Domino's Pizzas in this apartment. It was pretty good for its time.

You can download the EGA verison here:

Do you know just how many people forgot who Fido Dido was? Damn, I mention him and people just stare blankly. People -older- than me.

Wasn't Tooth Protectors on the 2600 produced by some toothpaste manufacturer (Johnson & Johnson)?

Does TMNT 2 on the NES count? (plenty of Pizza Hut ads throughout)

I would argue that every tie-in game ever made is an advertisement of sorts; the ones with advertising mascots as protagonists (e.g., Cool Spot) are just the most blatant.

Actually, I was thinking in the vein of the rather blatant ones

This made for an interesting list <starts copying them to the pc> Thanks all.

Wouldn't all the modern movie tie-in games fall into this group? Lord of the Rings or Harry Potter, anyone?

The most shameless example I can think of now is the Matrix game, which ties into "Reloded," which ties into the game again. Damn Hollywood. The screenwriter for "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid" said it best: "Sequels are whores' movies."
