Lightbulb FS: Snes Proto Mario Allstars ($380) Starfox Comp Cart $220 (Pic's)

Hey Guys i'v been out of the game collecting for the past 3 years or so and slowly ended up selling alot of my collection off.. Two items i have left are Ntsc Snes Super Mario Allstars Proto, and Snes Starfox Comp cart Both NTSC.

I'm looking to sell them and have an idea of what there worth each, The starfox comp cart is in mint condition the label is in great shape, and the Allstars proto is in great shape to.

I was gunna just post in buying or selling but thought it better to ask here first any pm's, replies or offers are all welcome

Also i'm in the UK, and shipping internationally is free that means it needs to be signed for and its insured for the price you pay..

well the economy is in the dumper, so moving them might not be the best thing right now...

I don't know what the Super Mario AllStars proto would pull, but the StarFox Comp cart is a 200-300 buck pony depending on the day ect. I've been seeing a decent number of them come up lately though, so that might not work in your favor.

I was thinking it may be a bad time to sell, since it's nearly Christmas, as well the state of the US economy, and the UK is pretty much in the same boat, thanks for the reply papastu

If you're trying to sell now, i'm going to shimmy this over to Buy/Sell as it would no longer need to be here.

You might as well just eBay it. I think the Mario proto might hit $300 if you are lucky because it is a final release.

The proto market is as flooded as can be right now. I'd wait till those selling protos by the dozens run out and then add a year or two.

Definately a buyer's market, prototypes are an expensive "investment" everyone is trying to ditch in the poor economy.

I had originally wanted to hold onto them, i never intended to save them to sell in the future, at the time i was collecting US Snes, and it was anything games (retail & proto) anything you can think of snes related or snes/ninty related i collected it, i have tons of stuff from huge snes store signs, banners, Leather Killer instinct jackets, huge store posters, Loads of DKC jackets/coats t-shirts, standee's, hangers..

Tons of sealed games like the big box lethal enforcers, big box super GBA player, Bomberman Big box set, Spiderman special edition.. All sealed

I always planned on keeping my collection, but things change and i simply dont have the time..

So i'm slowly letting it go..

I didn't really say it was special, but first party - Nintendo proto's arent all that common, It does say final but that doesn't always mean it is.. that sticker could have been put on then extra changes could have been made after, infact i'm gunna play thru some of it tomorrow, and compare it to the retail.

Again i'll play thru and see if i can find any changes i can usually rip thru mario 3 in and hour with the 2 warps, but will have good look around and a guy i got talking to a few years back said to play thru Lost levels first since there was meant to be changes in the last two levels and they were added very late right before the game became gold..
