"If I'm not back in ten minutes...Call the police!"
Apparently you haven't been to this site yet:

Little review of Bob's there. I went once and he wouldn't even let me look at the Atari games. In other words, don't bother.
However, I regularly visit the Globe Street Flea Market and the Savers down the street.
As I've said multiple times on this board, I've been to that site.
Oops. Sorry.
Not a problem. Maybe someone else from the area caught the url from this thread... you never know...
okay. Yes I've been to see good old Bobbyballgame. Be forewarned he is a crank and he's after your wallet. That being said - he does have a fairly large collection of stuff. I went in looking for Genny carts - but after he failed to convince me that $40 for the 3 complete games I wanted was a good deal for me ( 1 of which was Agassi Tennis -worth like $1.50 maybe), I settled on $5 for a loose NES Cowboy Kid. When I asked he went out back and produced a TG16-- with a $100 price tag (PASS), however he refused to even talk about an Intellivision. The funny thing was I walked out, looked next door and saw a Pawn shop (don't remember the name), went in - and there in the case was a Sega GameGear, 5 games, and a carryingcase/charger -not too mention friendly people. So that's where I spent my money.
Yeah... I was going to make a trip there, maybe 50 minutes from my house, but the guy didnt' even want to tell me the store hours on the phone. Like he couldn't be bothered to give me information. then with the horrible reviews of the place... I totally skipped it, even though I was in Fall River to check the Savers anyway.
Seeking display quality copy of I Want My Mommy for the 2600... if you have one, PM me, I will pay/trade well.
chadtower- where are you? I'm around 35-40 minutes from there also. Ever been to the see the really crusty shyster in Weymouth? (Worldwide video games - or as i like to call it "worldwide ripoff")
Funny, I just went to WWVG (aka WWRO) yesterday. As usual, the only thing I got was Pitfall II for $5 (good for trade). I don't know why, but whenever he gets a stack of Atari 2600 games, I can always count on there being a Pitfall II.
The best part was as I was leaving, he says "Ever see one of these?" (pulls a TRS-80 out of a box) "It was made by Radio Shack for Atari."
I waited to see what games he had for it, thinking I might get them cheap. Then he says "So rare."
Stifling my laughter I said "no thanks" and left. What a bonehead. The TI99 carts that he wanted $10 each for months ago are still there (big surprise).
Right near Foxboro Stadium... or whatever they call it this month.Originally Posted by klimatron8
