Charlie, there are already a few threads like the ones you're looking for. I started the PS2 hidden gems thread myself. Just put the words "hidden gems" in the search engine.
Currently catching up on PSN, WiiWare, Wii U E-Shop and Xbox Live Arcade exclusives I missed.
