Genesis games on PAL Mega Drive?

Is there a list/databse anywhere of which Genesis games will work on a PAL Sega Megadrive?

I sadly don't but I would love one. I do know that Vectorman 2 works (as I have it) and its ace.

A lot of the later American exclusives surprisingly are compatible with PAL Megadrives. I 've read elsewhere on Sega-16 that both Vectorman games work, if you're curious about a particular title you should just try to load the rom on an emulator that allows you to set the region before you decide to import, fairly self explanatory.

Alisia Dragoon should be okay - I actually own this and it works fine on my Mega Drive. I am actually in the process of checking the opposite, which PAL games can I load on my Sega Genesis - mainly so I can take advantage of full screen 60Hz goodness.

So far it seems to be 50% compatibility.

Interestingly though, Sonic 3 doesn't work - however Sonic & Knuckles does and if you plug Sonic 3 in and play through the S&K cart, it too will start working.

Maybe this will work in a vice versa PAL/NTSC situation?
