Game is in great shape, but the gray sticker on the back has a 1x2 inch rip on it that I can only imagine was a sensomatic alarm tag that was once on it.

Looks nice but seems to expensive for SF collectors.
You might want to mention the tear in the auction too :P
I just sold two minty copies of this for $22.50 each that would likely be the problem. They can be found even on Ebay for much cheaper.
