Would you like a repressing of MvC2 for the Ps2?

I had this game for PS2 a few years back but sold it to buy my brother FF12 for his birthday...now its went up in rarity and I couldn't kick myself harder. I liked it but the music and levels weren't as cool as MvC1. Oh well, I'll have wait and see if a better version comes out before I go out and rebuy it...

And yes, I only like it because its got tons of my favorite 2D fighters.

So is my feeling right that most would love a reprint? I do think an HD remix ( like Street Fighter) would we welcomed on the download services.

Although, i would rather have a disk for my shelf.

You're completely missing the point on this one. People don't play MvC2 because it's a well balanced fighting game, they play it because it has a shitload of their favorite Marvel and Capcom characters, and the gameplay is still fun.

It's only balanced among the top characters :P

Upon viewing my ever growing collection of games, I would be more than happy to just have it ported over for the PSN/XBL/Wiicade at around 9.99. That's right. Because I believe that if the game had been as well promoted & produced (in physical terms, not gameplay-wise) as the first MVC then it wouldn't have all that crazy rare aura about it. It's a way-over-the-top game that we as fans of Marvel/Capcom/Crazy Mashup games love. And if Capcom can repackage and put out "HD" versions of SSF2T and Puzzle Fighter, then why the fahick not get this done already?

I read recently that some MvC tournies had some trouble with malfunctioning Dreamcasts and such. If this turns out to be a great port it could help a lot.
