Does anyone have any advice on what to do after you get the 1st level theif and wizard? I've wandered through the town and can't find what to do next. Also, is there any way to continue?

Does anyone have any advice on what to do after you get the 1st level theif and wizard? I've wandered through the town and can't find what to do next. Also, is there any way to continue?
might as well game genie this game. I played it at age 10, when I was at the height of my gaming prowess and patience for difficult games. Even then, this game kicked my ass. After you get the first level theif ane wizard, you need to scour the town and use the powers you have earned to do things that you couldn't do before. Look for the Level 2 thief, knight, and magician's guilds, and go through their stupid battery of tests. I think a level 2 wizard can shoot fireballs that will knock down a beehive that is in your way, and a level 2 thief has a crowbar that can open certain windows. It's a bit like Metroid, where you can't advance till you find an ability/item that will let you move to a new area. Oh, and when you are low on energy, high tail it to the item shop and get thee some food, because if you lose all your lives, there are no continues, chum. Good luck!

I'm sure there's at leasta couple good FAQs on W&W3 game.
