"Very Rare" PS2 Development Device

Saw an ad on Craigslist, was wondering if this was worth any money. Here's the text:

"You will probably never see one of these again. Model DTL-H100-10 PC Card Development Tool for the Playstation 2. With this card and the right knowledge you can write your own games for the PS2. I don't know much about it other than one end plugs into a network cable, one end into your harddrive, and the other into the HD port on your PS2. Best offer of cash or trade. I am motivated to sell/trade this but I know it is worth something to the right person."

BTW, I just love asshats who say I'll "never see another one" ever again in my whole life no matter what. Um, yeah, sure dude, ever heard of Ebay?

No nothing on value, but I hear ya on the whole "you'll never see anohter one again" type sellers. That's up there with people that try to say everything is awesome or rare and oversell everything. I have one I'm trying to haggle with on an item that I am waiting to see what he does with it when I wait a couple of days and he went down on price from what is listed quickly.

If you don't get a response on this, you could always just send a line out and if it comes out high, then just say it's too much and wait. If someone else grabs it at that high price, good for them, cuz you wouldnt pay for that anyways. But if you do that and no one else comes out, you may be able to get it where you want.

I'm not exactly sure I even want this, particularly not if it's from the guy I think it's from. But I don't think I'd have much use for it. Was just wondering what it was worth really since I usually don't see dev kit-like stuff show up on CL too often (tho I know a few guys that have em, and one guy that would sell).
