There's a thread here with lots of info on the game, it's a new action RPG developed by From Software. It was released in Japan earlier this month, and has been selling out consistently so far. The Asian version is coming out next week, and is 100% in English complete with English voice acting. There have been no signs of it being released in the US, and it's not even on any release lists for 2009/2010 games.

The game has multiple classes and a deep character creation mode at the start, as well as online modes featuring co-op and optional PvP. I pre-ordered a copy at NCSX for $69 shipped, and can't wait to play it.
