Yes, I would say 10-15 dollars.
Is there a question here? If you're asking if it's worth that, no, not unless it's sealed (and even then I have no idea). I've actually got one I'd sell for about $7 if you're interested.
no it wasnt sealed and it had a crack on the front, no I wasnt really asking a question I was just shocked at the price

Did you intend to say, "am I" rather than "I am"?
The game is worth $20 at most. It's incredibly common.
Hell, you can pick it up new, with Metal Gear Solid 2 Substance and the first disc of MGS3 Subsistence for $30 in a three pack (if you can find one that hasn't gouged the price).
This game goes for $10-20 but once the movie comes out you can expect that to go up to $40-60. On a related note, the last several ebay auctions for the Metal Gear Solid PS1 demo disc have gone for $30-60. Why? I don't know, but when the MGS demo is paired with the MGS VR demo the returns are usually guaranteed to be $50-80. I have both sealed and when they start making a $100 return regularly I might be tempted to sell......maybe.

I knew it was going to happen, but not this year. Have the actors been announced yet?
