Wierd GTA: San Andreas Situation Guys, Need Help!

Okay, the other day i dropped by Circuit City because as all of you know they're liquidating their stuff. So far the games were 60% off, i thought a found a treasure but it turned out to be a mixed good/bad type scenario. The treasure was 4 GTA: San Andreas ps2 games (one was greatest hits) wrapped in one plastic package. It rang up $3.47 for all of them including tax so i get them thinking it was a steal. So I get home and i discover that:

1 is Real with Cover Art and Disk
2 Are Fake with the cover art scanned and printed again, (so Fake Cover Art & Really Cheap DVD Cases & Disks)
1 is Totally Empty with just the fake cover art and Cheap DVD Case.

Inside the 2 Fake Cover Arts and disks there is a yellow piece of paper saying go to guides4gamers.com for a Game Guide Online. I went there and it showed the cover arts scanned (2 for GTA San Andreas, one for PS2 &one for Xbox) when you click on one, the screen froze and i had to restart my computer. I ask you (to whoever's reading this) what should i do with them?
I am not putting the two disks from the fake cover art into my PS2. I was thinking of trading them to gamestop, is that legal with fake cover arts? I do have a copy of GTA SA myself so the real copy is going to Gamestop. What Do I Do?

A lot of people at Circuit City are replacing good stuff with obviously bootlegged stuff. Stealing. It's a shame you can't get a refund, because you just got screwed badly.

I say cut your losses but you only paid $3.47 for all of it. Not bad considering GTA SA is still selling around here for $10 at least.

I'm not sure what you thought you were buying in the first place. Four copies of San Andreas taped together didn't seem a little odd?

If the discs are legit, you can still trade them, disc-only, to Gamestop. If they're not real discs...why would you even ask the question?

I guess I waved that offer because I thought it was great.

My next question is how can you tell if the disks are legit?

Are they burned discs? If not, try them in your PS2 and see if they boot.

Honestly though, at less then $4, i'd just throw the fakes out and be done with it. It's not like you're going to get much as a trade in at gamestop.

The Disks are all real two from the Trilogy and one from the normal version and I just checked on cheapassgamer.com and as of 02/16/09 they were going for $8.50 complete so take off probably %50 that's still $4.25 so that's still a profit!

This is so odd, I saw something similar at FYE recently. Except they only had 1 GTA:SA with scanned artwork.
Me personally I don't think Gamestop would take them, if they do you will have to watch cause they ask for you License. Well at least over here they ask for your license, so I am guessing if they find something "funny" they will report you.
Maybe my suggestion, is to call Rockstar Games and report it, who knows they might give you Free ones.
