Default [PsOne] Discs spin in a loose way - read problems

    Hello.

    This video explains everything:

How can I fix the drive? Discs don't remain aligned when spinning, so my PsOne has started not to read them any more.

    Any thoughts?

    Thank you for your help

spindle is busted, gotta steal one from a dead discman or broken PS1. you can use a butterknife to pop the spindles off, just be careful that you dont break the new one when you pop it off
