Used and we can't examine it first(the case and manual)? No thanks. It is a pretty good deal compared to current prices but I'm super picky about the conditions of my games. Hence why I never shop at Gamestop. Well, that and their stupid ass employees.

Sorry. Should have listed that. I have had pretty good luck with gamefly. I have purchased 2 PS3 games and 2 360 games from them. Both PS3 games has mint cases/instructions and disks were like a 9 out of 10, nothing really on the disks. The 360 games on the other hand hand mint cases/instructions but the disks had scratches. Would rate one an 8 and the other a 7.5. People must take care of the PS3 games better, lol.
i get a lot of stuff from gamefly, and they always include manual and case (its listed somewhere on there)< both in great shape, the games however are always playable but agree with titanzguard
To bad i missed this would have picked 1 up ...or more because they give $20 on the trade in
