Now that I've beaten the Journey part, Do the Social links I finished carry over to the next cycle and what about the ones I started but didnt finish?

In New Game+, social links do not carry over.
What carries over to NG+:
-Academics, Charm, Courage rating
-key items (such as those that unlock ultimate personas)
-The compendium
-the main character's level
-the main character's equipment
-money
What doesn't carry over:
-Social Link levels
-common items
-party member levels
-party member equipment
What carries over from The Journey to The Answer:
NOTHING
