Default Atari 5200 and Odyssey 2 lots POWER LORDS!

Continuing my great luck, I was wondering the average value of the following games. Individual and lot values would be great. I plan on selling these, as they are doubles.

    Atari 5200 games(cart only)

    Astrochase
    Dreadnaught Factor
    Mountain King
    Blue Print
Buck Rogers(small piece missing from case in back)
    Congo Bongo
    Joust
    Dig Dug
    Galaxian
    Pac Man
    Pengo
    Ms Pac Man
    Berzerk
    Defender
    Centipede
    Kangeroo
    Mario Bros
    Countermeasure
    Pole Position
    Missle Command
    Jungle Hunt

Odyssey 2 games cart with manual. All carts and manuals are in good shape.
Power Lords(what is this going for now?)
    Turtles
    Monkeyshines
    Pick Axe Pete
    Nimble Numbers Ned
    PT Barnums Acrobats
    Smithereens

    Odyssey 2 cart only
    Killer Bees
    Freedom Fighters
    Attack of the Timelord
    KC Munchkin
    KC crazy chase
    Blockout Brickdown
    Sub Chase
    Cosmic Conflict

$25-$30 for this lot, mostly dirt commons with only Astro Chase & Dreadnaught Factor being somewhat difficult to find.

This lot might net $15-$20. No demand, tons of supply.

Power Lords alone would fetch $90-$100 in a good market. Tough call right now, maybe as low as $60-90.

Isn't Killer Bees supposed to be a bit on the rare side too?

Yeah, Killer Bees is rare, but I know that the price can vary. I will post these in the buying and selling. I would love for these to go to someone completing a set.

Yes, but they don't fetch much these days as there are more out there than people looking for them.

It's still one of the tougher O2 titles to score in the wild, but same as above - nobody who wants it is still looking. Enough copies are out there that the demand has been satisfied.

And according to our own Phosphor Dot Fossils, Killer Bees is also one of the best games for the Odyssey2. I've played it at his table at one of the OVGEs in the past, and it was pretty decent. I'd like to find one of my own someday, just so I'll have another reason to pull out the Odyssey2. I don't get the urge too often.

Turtles is another one that's hard to find in the wild nowadays. At least for me, that is.

I think Arcade Antics hit that just right, oh and on killer bees its just a 4 a good game but most o2 games are kind of worthless and very common mint in box. loose 5200 games don't sell very well either so over all that sounds good. Power lords was coming up on ebay about every 6 to 8 months but that may have changed recently . Best of luck

I got $90 for my Power Lords, and my Turtles cart went for some $$$ on ebay($70+). I think what I have learned over time is that there are many collectors out there, more than what is accounted for here on this site. One thing is for certain, The demand for rare odyssey 2 video games is alive and well.

Weird thing, me posting about Killer Bees, because today I scored a loose cart for $1.95! Sweet!

Edit: I got the urge to plug in one of my Odyssey2 consoles and play my newly purchased carts. The other two I bought today (SID the Spellbinder and Smithereens) were marginally interesting, but Killer Bees was pretty damn good. I was amazed it was so fast paced. I also like that the instructions were written on the cart label, which helps out a whole lot! I wish other Odyssey2 games had that.

You HAVE to play Smithereenes with

    1. The Voice Module
    2. Another human player

That game is much more fun with someone else

Also some other games have the instructions on the cart, such as turtles

Well, I only have around 25 carts for my O2, and it looks like Killer Bees is the latest release game I have now. I'd love to find a copy of Turtles, though. And The Voice, so I can hear the polyphonic music.

The O2 is vastly under-rated, especially the later games. Killer Bees and Turtles are great, I've spent way too many hours playing them. Also, try to find Atlantis and Demon Attack, well worth having. Smithereens requires 2 people to have an enjoyable game. The Master Series games - Quest for the Rings, Conquest of the World are good - not sure if you'd care for Wall Street Fortune Hunt - are worth getting but try to get them complete.
If you're looking for a Voice module, check eBay for systems with one attached, you'll spend less than buying just the Voice. And with the O2, it's good to have a spare system around. If you happen upon an early model O2 with detachable controls, all the better.
Some of the non-US games are pretty good. The Parker Bros games are worth the money. There is also a pretty good homebrew community putting out new games and producing carts for some of the found prototypes (check PackRat or Classic Gaming Creations). There is a 128-in-1 multicart out there that covers most of the available original, foreign, prototype, and homebrew games.
    Hope you enjoy the O2.
