That's the PAL version, though it is region free.
It's region free, so the game will work, but I don't think any of the DLC will load if you're playing it on a US system.
Missing out on alternate costumes isn't a big deal but if the user made levels won't work, that's a big part of the game...
Could have got it for less the other day. I would have until I noticed it was the PAL version as well.
