I have never heard of Sonic Adventure being packaged with a demo of the sequel. I thought Phantasy Star Online was the only one with the SA2 demo.

It never did.

Someone probably took the Not For Resale packaging from the version that came with the "Sonic Bundle," swapped out the case for a two disc case, and dropped in a SA2 demo from PSO.

Mmmm, I remember that the Sonic Bundle was a 2-disc case with the demo and the disc cover had that "not for resale" legend, i can picture it if you like.
