Default Sinclair Spectrum ZX +2 on a US TV?

My girlfriend recently acquired two Sinclair Spectrum ZX +2 units with power adapters for American power sockets. We can get everything plugged in, but my TV only supports NTSC and I'm assuming it's not working because it's putting out a PAL signal. Does anyone here know what equipment is needed to get this to work or have any suggestions for us? Thanks in advance!

Don't know the answer to that but where'd you find a girlfriend who would buy or even take a Sinclair Spectrum? I'm sure there's a story behind how she acquired them here in the US.
Wanted and willing to fairly pay for:
Final Fantasy III Hat/Cap (Official Squaresoft)
    Philips CDI 740
NTSC Proto of Daze Before Christmas (SNES)

When you say power adapters, you're talking about a voltage converter and not just a plug adapter, correct? If not, you probably already fried the computers. There is no easy way to use the +2 with an American TV. I would suggest you get a decent RGB monitor and connect it that way. I believe there are a number of NEC CRT models in the Multisync family which are available cheap nowadays that will work just fine.
