The only problem is you can't transfer your village from one memory card to another...

it would feel weird i agree. Because you have to return it, and not own it. if i get a gc, im BUYIN that game.
Somebody once told me to get a life.

I told them I sold it for money to buy video games.

    Sothy, you're so cute! *hug*

Also I don't understand why you would need to transfer your village to rent the game? Oh, maybe because the memory card you get with the game comes with a "surprise" and you don't get the memory card when you rent it?
It looks fun though! Our friends rented it and played it over here. It's not really a kids game only. The first conversation you have is with this cat on a train, and he asks you if your a psycho. It's funny
We should be getting a copy today, every village and the inhabitants are different with every game, so I'm excited to see what people are in my town.

That would explain the card I got in the mail yesterday

"Rent Mario Sunshine (or any other gamecube title) and get a free rental of Animal Crossing"

It came plastered with a Try it before you buy it all over the front

    chocobokick

If your friend keeps his village on a memory card, after you get yours up and running pop his card in and vist his town. This way you can collet different items, and if your lucky and his villagers like you they might come and move into your town.
