Some Rare Playstation RPG's

I recently acquired 5 playstation rpg's. All the games are in mint condition, not even a fingerprint on disks. Also the are all the black label games. I've tried to look up their values online, but I get a huge range of prices for each title. Can anyone give me some insite to the correct fair market value of the games. Thanks.

(1) Suikoden
(2) Suikoden II
(3) Xenogears
(4) Final Fantasy Tactics
(5) Brigandine (map is included)

Suikoden is a 35ish title

Suiko 2 is a 100+ buck title

Xenogears is a 20 buck title

Tactics is a 25ish buck title

Brigandine is a 70ish + title

If your interested in selling Brigandine i'm quite interested in buying.

Suikoden 2 usually sells for around $140 if it's complete and mint.
Xenogears is a solid $50 title, and if it's black label and mint you ought to be able to get more than that.

I'd also suggest you look into selling these on Amazon. You'll get quite a bit more for them than on Ebay or forums (tho if above poster is willing to pay $70 for Brigandine, go for it, as that's around what it sells for anywhere).
