I imagine it's rare. I don't remember ever seeing this version in stores.

Woah, there's one at the local game store for like 5 bucks. I'll pick it up and off to ebay it goes.

Not to be a jerk, but just because you see a few copies of a game listed for inflated prices does not mean that's what it sells for or is worth. Looking at recent auctions, one went for $40 and one went for a little over $20. I believe factory sealed copies can command a premium of $50-$60, which is more than the PSX version typically goes for, although the PSX version was re-released as a greatest hits, so it's a lot more common.

That is what is ruining game collecting.. well actually, anything-collecting. People look at the high prices with glee, sell for the same and then eventually its like Gas prices in 2008. They get higher and higher.

    Default hmmmm...

I need two games to complete my Saturn collection. A certain Netlink game that sells for a ridiculous price, and MK Trilogy. I have bid in the low twenties on it on ebay a several times and lost each time. I think this is a legitimate $30-$40 title. There usually isn't more than one copied listed on ebay at a time, if any. While not rare it is not a common either.
