Default Crazy way to do an auction

Has anyone seen an auction set up like this? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...category=20391 . You have to be pre-approved before you can bid . Do any of you think this is ligit? I tried to get "approved", but got the error "page can't be found". I e-mail the guy to see what is wrong with the page.

Sounds like a way to get info so they can bombard you with advertisements.

It takes you to one of those "How to get rivh on ebay" screens

and you can only bid on the item after 5:00 on the last day.

this person didnt read the book, because you have to SELL stuff to MAKE money on ebay
