If you missed out on the Atlus game Operation Darkness for 10 bucks at BB, newegg.com has it for $14.99 shipped...they also have the collector's edition of GTA IV 360 for $39.99 shipped...FYI.

Best Buy was offering two types:

007: QoS Standard Edition - Game itself
007: QoS Limited Edition(Doesnt say on the packaging) - Game bundled with a 007 T Shirt.

Same with the Soldier of Fortune set. They had two types:

SOF Standard - game by itself with NO Best Buy sticker on it (was it on sale too?)
SOF Deluxe - packaged with DVD "First Blood" with BB sticker $9.99

I dropped by my local BB, if anything was on sale, it wasn't marked.

They also had the silver Sony Eye Toy (camera only, no software) for around $8.00, was tempted to pick up a few but kept moving.

This sale was a great tip, as was the fact that Walmart price matches.

At BB, I managed to get Ninja Gaiden DS & Samba de Amigo, but the game I really wanted, Pure, was out at the 4 (!) stores I went to. I went to 2 Walmarts and finally got it at the second after a 15 min wait for the asst. manager to double check with the general manager.

So stoked to finally play Pure beyond the demo, and it was only a 10 spot!

Has anyone gone back to their BB's during the week just in case they "found" more of the games in backstock? There's also a chance that some of the scalper/resellers who loaded up on Sunday morning might bring back some of their stock if they didn't move it this week.

I would really have liked to picked up a game or 2, but because I had an out of town gig (early sunday morning until tuesday night) and no rental car last weekend, I couldn't get to BB until wednesday. By that time the vultures had come and gone. Even the Walmart I went to today was out of the 2 titles I wanted. Better luck next time, I guess.

How would you manage to get walmart to price match these clearance games? Its not like best buy printed up a flyer about all the discounted games?, or did they?

I picked up Operation Darkness and some NBA Ballers game today at my BB for $4.99 each. I also picked up 007 Collector's Edition ( steelbook ) for $9.99
