    Default Atari 2600 programmers?

Hey everyone! I'm working on a top secret project, and I need YOUR help!
Do you have what it takes?

I wanna know if YOU know how to program for the Atari 2600.
    Who's with me?

Maybe you don't, but you know someone who does?
    Tell me!

    Thanks! That is all!

If you are really interested in learning, Andrew Davie started an intro to 2600 programming thread/forum on atari age. Most of the stuff so far has been pretty informative. Check it out.

I myself am talentless in this particular field, however.

Thomas Jentzsch programs for the 2600. He posts at Atari Age with that user name.

I'm not interested in learning; I'm interested in finding someone who already knows, thanks!

They just told you two already.. Thomas Jentzsch and Andrew Davie. Thomas posts here too occasionally. Paul Slocum is another. There are a couple more but those are the ones off the top of my head

Yeah AtariAge is filthy with 2600 programmers there's an entire forum for it there..

I'm actually pretty biased towards Xype because my first homebrew was by them.

There's also Stellalist, the mailing list for 2600 programmers that I admin for. Send me an email if you'd like me to post a note or something.

The guys at 3D Realms know how to program a mean 2600 game. Just take a gander:

Well, I don't really need a game programmed..
And I certainly don't need carts made up like that either..hmm..

I guess I just need it burned onto boards that I can put into carts later.

I can do the burning in case you haven't already found a source.

Okay, so it looks like I have a source for burning..
Anyone else interested in giving the programming end of it a try?
Send me a PM or an email, please!
