Don't have a value, but I had the same thing happen to me. I bought a copy of Jeremy McGrath Motocross for the DC and the actual game on the disc was Crazy Taxi 2.

I could swear this happened to me back in the day. I bought some game and discovered the actual game on it was something I already owned, so I took it back and swapped it for another one. I wish I could remember which game it was.
