Funily enough I have - it's the only single insert I have got!! It has no tears and is in near mint condition!

I take it the SMS games are PAL, what does it take to play them on a US system if anything?

About 3 of the are US games - They play perfectly well on a USA machine or PAL machine! I play various USA games on my PAL machine without any problems!
