Nintendo.com would be the first place I'd look. I know you can still get all sorts of cables for all of their systems there, and cleaning kits too, so you might be able to find controllers.
I only need 2 more NES games (US)!
Unfortunately Nintendo don't sell them directly- they basically say 'too old, don't make them any more'.
They do have this cracking little page though...
Honestly, your best bet is eBay unfortunately...
