Default Best Commodore Monitor for console RGB?

    Hey guys.

I'm about to start getting RGB leads for my Genesis, Sega Master System, and run RGB from my supergun as well.

I've heard that certain Commodore RGB monitors can be used to display RGB from older consoles/arcade. I was wondering which ones are the best for this? I may be able to get my hands on a model 1902a and was wondering if this would work.

I'm not sure if any of these can accept sync on green signals, or if not if such signals could be adapted to work somehow.

Basically, I'm just trying to figure out what I need to get/do to get a monitor to work with these consoles on actual RGB, not an XRGB/upscaler unit.

    Any help greatly appreciated!

You should be looking for a sony PVM, and not a commodore monitor. Some pvm's use BNC connectors, and those are what you should be looking for, as it's very easy to make an RGB scart to BNC adapter. Also, sony is a major pusher of the sync on green, and I'm pretty sure some of the newer monitors use that. Maybe older ones too.....
