Controller adapter?

I know they made adapters to use NES/SNES controllers on a Gamecube/Wii, and are making one for the N64 controllers as well.
My question is, was one of these ever made for the SMS/Genesis/Atari/Commodore controllers?

I actually DID find an adapter.
But I've never heard of the store before. Raphnet, or something.
EBay doesn't seem to have any.

Raphnet looks like the only store unless you want to try and build a wireless Genesis controller (first link on the google search). It's a bit odd no one has created more adapters considering the port was commonly used. For now you'll just have to go with another controller or hope one day Nintendo enables USB controllers for VC.
