International Superstar Soccer Deluxe for the SNES?

I stumbled upon this cart and came here to the online rarity guide to check the rarity, as I have never heard of this before, and there is no information on its release in the US. Can someone give me some more information on this game?

It was mostly a Latin American exclusive release. It's 100% official, but it was mostly sold in Mexico and Latin / South America (except for Brazil). Very few copies were sold in the US of A.

It sucks compared to Capcom's Soccer Shootout for the SNES.

Ignore that man. ISS and ISS Deluxe were the best football (soccer) games on the SNES by a long shot. Just a pity given I had a US SNES here in the UK that I couldn't find the US versions to import! It was only years down the line I found out why they were so hard to find...
