just downloaded MVC 2 on xbla...certainly not a "find", but been looking forward to this one for quite a while...still not the same as playing the DC version but the online is not bad at all.

Nothing too spectacular today, just a few things from Salvation Army.
Diablo II - $2.99
Activision Atari 2600 Action Pack - $.99
I was happy to see Diablo II there but it seems to be missing the CD key. The prompt says the key should be on the CD case, but the discs are just in black sleeves (which is how i always remembered them coming. Any ideas?
And this I thought looked interesting and figured I'd pick it up.
Night Warriors: Darkstalker's Revenge 2 VHS - $0.49
Anyone know if this is worth anything? I saw one on eBay (just one) with a Buy it Now of 25 bucks but I never trust single buy-it-now prices. Any have a clue?
Found stuff at Goodwill for the first time in a while today:
Activision 10-in-1 Plug-N-Play- $6
Sonic CD (PC)- $1.50
Also saw a Sidewinder gamepad that would have been useful, but it used a Game Port, not a USB port. Sonic CD doesn't seem to want to install in Vista, no idea why.
From yesterday and today:
The SNES was all parted out. I think the unit itself was 2.95. Altogether it was 14.54 with the Jazz Jackrabbit game (not including the PS2 stuff)
The PS2 was at a garage sale today for 40 w/ choice of 2 games. There were probably 10 games to choose from, but it was all junk. I would have passed, but the network adapter makes it worthwhile.
Found a few games at Goodwill today.
NES
Baseball Stars (cart only) $2.99
Genesis
Captain America (complete) $2.99
Combat Cars (complete) $2.99
Ex Mutants (complete) $2.99
Hit the Ice (complete) $2.99
Shadow Dancer (complete) $2.99
Smash TV (complete) $2.99
Sunset Riders (no manual) $2.99

When you start it up see if it has the licensing screen, if it doesn't then there's no lockout chip. Or just check the FCC code on the bottom of the system.

Oh, you're just used to the old 20 hour clock we used to have. Now we switched over to the 24 hour clock.
"Found" about a dozen copies of Guitar Hero 3 for the 360 (sealed, just the game) today at goodwill. They were all evidently Target clearance items. Some still had the Target sticker on them, looks like they got down to 7.48 each before they gave up. But the games also had 9.99 written on the shrinkwrap. That's weird because my GW uses hot pink price tags for Target stuff, so either these came from a different GW or they just hadn't been priced or repriced yet. Might go back tomorrow and see.
Man I keep seeing awesome find after awesome find. Congrats guys.....as for me..I haven't hit the usual places lately but will probably do in a couple of weeks.

Well, it had been sitting there for a couple of YEARS (Book & Music Exchange dates their price tags for when they first go on the floor, or the rare price drop - this one said March '07), and the manual has some minor-to-moderate water damage, and the box is a little rough... but the cart works great. I played it on the 2-hour+ ride home from Santa Claus, IN. Actually picked it up for a friend, but he was happy with his cart, so I am willing to trade it. For what, exactly? I have no idea.
Nate - the Book & Music Exchange in Henderson, KY wants $95 for a disc only copy that looks like it was buffed with a belt sander.

Been over a week since I've found something but yesterday was a pretty good find at my local thrift store. I saw a ziplog bag of 16 gameboy games and a teal gameboy color with light. Price for everything was $18.18 (this place has wierd prices). The gameboy is missing the back battery cover but still works. I included most of what I got. Sorry for not just shooting one pic but I am planning ebaying some of this and just took those pics.
