This might be a bit of a long shot here...but I found this at a local Goodwill, and on a whim, I bought it. It's an Echo Speech Processor II, and it apparently is a text-to-speech device for use with the older Apple II computers (II+, IIe, and IIgs). It's 100% complete in box (I can provide a pic if necessary), and looks to be virtually new (I saw one lone scratch on one of the pins on the board...the speaker part of it is still sealed, as is the mounting hardware, and the disk shows absolutely zero wear). I'm really curious as to the value of it... I saw the board itself that comes with the unit sell for $30 separately (here)... Any further clue as to what this might fetch in the open market?
