Default Help with PC game recommendation please.

Here's the deal, my mom has gotten totally hooked on something called "The Hidden Object Game Show" it's one of those games where there is a picture, and drawn in are a bunch of hidden items.

I know that there have been literally hundreds of these that have been released in the past few years. I don't really have the time and / or energy to download a bunch of demos and try them all out. But I'm hoping, using the collective DP community, I can get a bit of help with ones that are better than others.

She has tried the Million-Heir Mystery game on DS, but thought the screen was too small. She really liked the theme of a rummage sale style one on the iPhone, but A) She doesn't have an iPhone, and B) Small screen again.

So if at all possible, keep recommended games on the PC please (or if there's a Plug & Play joystick type thing, that'd work too). Links to demos would be greatly appreciated, or if the game is packaged at retail, that info would be great as well.

    Thanks for help.

Theres a bunch of them on clearance at target. As far as I know they are all pretty much the same. You should ask your Ma what she likes and theres probably a game releating to it.

I throught the MillionHeir DS game was an outgrowth of a lengthy Mystery Case Files PC series.

PopCap publishes a number of these games under the Mystery PI and Amazing Adventures lines.

Cate West and the Vanishing Files is another one, that one is on the DS and Wii. They've done a bunch of Agatha Christie (and Sherlock Holmes) games as well that might have also made it to the PC that I know made it to the Wii (and DS).
Because it makes no attempt to be great, it is therefore extremely great.
