The game was released on the Sega CD, and the copy listed here is being sold by forum member DreamTR.

It was a mediocre game on the Sega CD to begin with, so I don't see there being a ton of interest in this cart. From various internet accounts the 32X version was supposed to have marginally updated graphics, but that's nothing more than hearsay.

Wow, mediocre? That's being kind. I bought Soul Star on Sega CD back in the Sega CD era. It was one of the most disappointing purchases I've ever made.
