Default Is the EMS Topgun II any good? (lightgun for HDTV's)

I love my lightgun games but I had to give them up when I got a lcd hdtv a few years ago. Now I just heard about this lcd light gun called the EMS Topgun II. Not many reviews out there and the ones that I have read are mixed. Anyone here use one of these and if so, what are they like? I mainly want it for PS2 and MAME on my Xbox:

Ive got one that i use for my Mame cab, and i would say its hit and miss. They key is always keeping the same distance from gun to screen which is quite hard in a stand up cab.

Im not sure if mine is a EMS Topgun II, but it looks identical and i bought it from play Asia. Games with a target cursor play very well becasue the accuracy is not that important. Its much like a wii mote.
