So, let me hear it, PC, 360, or PS3!?

I only have it for Xbox 360 but I would imagine PC would be the best just because of all the mods.
i have it for PS3, and i enjoy it.
but i am going to agree...looking at it for PC gives me mod envy.
PC
I prefer to play first person shooters with a mouse.
Never tried installing my own mods but some of those custom quests and rewards look amazing.
Easily PC, and I own the 360 version!
PC hands down. If you check the Fallout3nexus.com, you will see some X-rated mod.

PC, the mods make the game.
PC all the way. I still cant fathom using a controller for a FPS game...
If your PC can handle it, there you go. Otherwise, I don't think you're actually missing all that much on a console. That's odd for me to say because I honestly can't fathom why anyone would EVER play a shooter on a console without mouse-precision, but Fallout 3 really isn't a true shooter. If you want to play it as more of an adventure game, console might be a good choice. If you want to play it like an FPS, there's no contest.
I played it on PC without mods, but I'm open to replaying it on a console. I am, however, having fun messing around with the editor. I've made some neat stuff...
I don't like mods...
360 ftw!
Fallout 3 is a FPS? When does this happen? I've had in since it first came out, only played it around 30 minutes and got bored. I saw no FPS parts at all. Did I not give the game enough time???
I have a 360 but I almost picked up the PS3 version because it was on clearance at Target for $14.98. I didn't understand why at the time but now I know(the game of the year edition was about to launch). I should have snatched it though. I still don't own a PS3 but I'm currently regretting that decision not to pick this game up

He's saying that Fallout 3 with mods is a world of difference from vanilla Fallout 3. When you have the potential for mods, you're looking at a very different game. Essentially, you could finish the game as it is and have months of content to mess with that wasn't there before. Or, you could change the way the game plays, like the levelup mods that remove the cap, and the extra hair and body packs to make the game look different.
If anyone saw that video I linked to, you can do some pretty screwed up stuff with simple edits. I took a gatling gun and made it fire mini-nukes with an insane rate of fire, which the video shows. I also had fun with a shotgun that shot railway spikes 100+ per shot, at an even HIGHER rate of fire. Click once and the wall is completely covered in spikes. I spent maybe 15 minutes learning enough about the editor to do those. When you get bored with the game, make your own mods.
