I have one like this. The label says 3D World Runner but there's actually a Double Dribble inside. I would think 3D World Runner would be rarer, but maybe the person who switched it just liked basketball better.

I bought a Little Samson a few weeks ago for cheap; i was really happy with that find that i instantly opened the game to clean the PCB and notice it had a battery inside ... i didn't react until i pressed the POWER button on my NES ...

The game wasn't samson ..... IT WAS DRAGON WARRIOR I

I thought this happened to me with a SMS lot I bought a few weeks ago. I put Altered Beast into the console, turned it on, and Hang On / Safari Hunt came up. I was like "wtf?"

Turns out that I didn't press it down hard enough and my SMS console has Hang On / Safari Hunt built into it. When I put the game in properly, it worked fine

I've seen it myself with a Legend of Kage being a Legend of Zelda instead. I know it's happened to others on here as well.
I bought a copy of bayou billy at the record exchange for a dollar and it turned out to be ninja gaiden 2 lol. boy was that a confusing day for my 10 year old self.

My copy of Jaws turned out to be duck hunt......

Why would someone swap out an SMB board though? Thats wierd.
They owned SMB and rented Goonies which they wanted to keep, SMB carts are a dime a dozen, switch them out and you now own Goonies in a SMB cart!
