Check out risingstuff.com. They're a retro game company, that can do special orders for any item your heart may desire. Run by two really cool guys, they charge actual shipping, and I always feel safe ordering from them.

I can vouch for Alex and Sensei too. Awesome guys over there and I have ordered a few times. Only problem is they may not be taking special orders right now. It doesn't hurt to ask though.
Another site you can try is http://en.rakuten.co.jp/ . It is basically the Japanese version of Amazon.com. There are many sellers that are willing to deal with/ship to the US. I just found a great deal on Judgement Silversword. Only issue, you have to translate all of your emails, since there are in Japanese. Just another option is risingstuff can't order the game for you.
