There have been some awesome finds this past week. As for me I don't have anything as rare but I'm very happy with a new storage unit that I picked up. Also on top you can see Modern Warfare 2.

I want to get two more glass shelves for it and there is a fan in it to help keep the 360 and PS3 cool.

I also picked up: Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain
    Crusaders of Might and Magic
    Jackie Chan Stuntmaster
    Jersey Devil
All complete for the PS for 1.50 each

TurboExpress, TurboVision, and Legendary Axe II
    $12.99 @ Goodwill.

I've sold off about half my collection over the past month and have gotten way more picky when it comes to buying. I've been kind of bummed that I walked away from a $3 complete copy Herzog Zwei for the Genesis a few weeks ago because of my new found pickiness, so this was extra fun.

I've never come across a TurboExpress in the wild before. Heck, I've only seen the TurboGrafx16 once before (and it was $60.) So this was a very happy find. And to add the excitement, it was a spur of the moment stop at a Goodwill I rarely go to because of high prices (they had a TI-99 right next to the Express for $40) and boring inventory (most good stuff hits their auction site.)

Did the glove come with those sensors? I've got a spare working glove that I'd like to get with some sensors. I'd buy or sell.

No glove came with the sensors so if you'd like to buy/trade for them, send me a PM.

Are you fucking kidding me is right. More like best weekend anyone's had in a while. It looks like he robbed one of us.

The fuck do you live, so I can move there.

Ditto. I'm thinking it's too early for April Fools, but how does one person come across all these finds in 6 months, yet alone one friggin weekend?? I mean, it's unreal! If it's all true, congratulations on an incredible weekend that we'd all love to have someday!

I found a few Genesis games at the flea market yesterday:

Boxing: Legends of the Ring (complete) - $3
    Cyberball (complete) - $3
Currently catching up on PSN, WiiWare, Wii U E-Shop and Xbox Live Arcade exclusives I missed.

Bought and traded quite a few items lately, including a complete Phantasy Star Collection for $15 (Saturn)

I HOPEFULLY just ordered a PS3 from the early black friday special with Best Buy. But I think the guy screwed up my info, my bank card is showing 2 rejected transactions

Update 1: Called and updated the info with someone

Update 2: Woke up this morning to see the order was canceled. And now the item is sold out.

I don't want to be an ass, but I'm pretty pissed at Best Buy right now and they'll know about it

I went to the Goodwill Computer Works and found a copy of American McGee's Alice for $3. Not bad I guess.

FUN FACT: Goodwill Computer Works doesn't know which PC games are valuable. I found a copy of Planescape: Torment there for $4 last week.

I wouldn't doubt it, the thrifts around here still price everything video game-related at $3-4 dollars and hope that they move it soon. I found a nice complete copy of Knight of Legend (by Origin for the C64) for $2 this weekend. They had a whole bunch of edu-tainment games that didn't look very interesting, so I left them.

Went out of town this weekend and hit a few places. Only found a couple things:

    Dragon Tales for PS1 - $2
Sonic Mega Collection Plus for XBox - $3

Then I hit the 3 for $10 GBA sale at TRU:

    Yu-Gi-Oh Destiny Board Traveller
    Franklin the Turtle
    Thunderbirds
    Dead to Rights
    Tiger Woods PGA Tour Golf
    Desert Strike Advance

Check out your local TRU, the titles vary by store and the sale goes through 12/20.

Goodwill -- Yeah, they just price everything cheap... look at that jewelcase copy of L-Zone for the PC I got there yesterday (mentioned above) for $2. I don't know what that'd sell for online, but I think it'd be almost sure to get at least $40, perhaps more...

Anyway, I went back to Salvation Army, checking stuff. Got five of the boxed games, four with the seal stickers still on them (that is, seemingly unopened) and one with all three discs, so hopefully they're complete ones. I'm going to open them now, I don't collect sealed games, I buy them to actually use.

Got two jewelcase-only games as well. As with before, all games were $3 each, box or no.

    Jewelcases
    --
Duke Nukem 3D: Plutonium Pack (the expansion. I have the original (not boxed, but the free copy that came with an issue of PC Gamer in about 2000, but I have it), but that didn't come with this, and this isn't easy to find now... I know 3DRealms sells a digital-download version of the Atomic Edition (original+expansion) for $6, but this is cheaper. Oh, they did have a jewelcase copy of the original Duke 3D as well, but I don't need that.

Diablo: Hellfire expansion (got this because it's evidently like $25 on EBay... I don't actually have Diablo I at the moment (just the second one and its expansion), but if I ever get it, I won't see the expansion very often for THIS price...)

Boxed games (four of these five are, I think, unopened)
    --
Mechwarrior 4: Mercenaries (small box, seals still on it)
Prince of Qin (small box, open but complete)
Space Bunnies Must Die (large box, seals on it)
Star Trek Starfleet Command: Orion Pirates, with Bonus Missions Disc attached to the back of the box (large box, seals on it) (this is actually the expansion to Star Trek: Starfleet Command 2, but it's stand-alone and doesn't require the original game)
Gamefest: 4 Complete Star Trek Games (large box, seals on it; games included are Star Trek: Starfleet Academy, Star Trek: Starfleet Academy - Chekov's Lost Missions, Star Trek: New Worlds, and Star Trek: Starfleet Command (the first one).

I haven't bought too much lately because I still need to buy Christmas gifts. Anyway here's what I got:

2000 Wii Points Card for $20 - I used it to download Secret of Mana and Kirby's Dreamland 3.

Monopoly (Wii) for $29.99 - My sister and I got addicted to this game when we rented it, so I decided to grab a copy.

Spy Fox: Dry Cereal (Wii) for $22.99 - This a a port of some kids click and point adventure for the PC. It appears to be a spoof of James Bond. I also seem to recall that this game was recalled for some reason. Does anyone remember what that reason was?

SanDisk 4 GB SDHC Card for $19.99 - I picked this up on sale at Future Shop. I know that eventually I'm going to run out of space on my Wii, so I'd better get a SD card while it's cheap.

If only I wasn't so broke. My local TRU shop doesn't carry GBA games anymore, they haven't for over two years.

Sega Queen: Well, the game uses ScummVM... not sure if they got permission or not, though.

    As for my finds:

Cherry Poppin' Daddies: Radio City Muscle Car (reprint cover) - $1
Pagan Dawn: The Selected Music of Medwyn Goodall and Clannad: Banba (two new age celtic type music CDs which I got curious about) - $2.50 for both
"4Mac" Discs 1 + 2 Mac Shareware CDs published by Aztech New Media - $2.50 for both
Belkin two port ADB to USB adapter, complete in box for $5 (and I find this the day after I give away my ADB keyboard!)
Icewind Dale (budget version, new in box, doesn't seem to have any manuals, just discs) - $2
Visual Basic 6.0 Professional CIB (?) Education version - $2
The Dark Knight BluRay Gift Set (with BatBike replica) brand new and sealed - $3 (for trade)

That VB6 set is worth around $200 on eBay. Yay I can pay my bills again. ^^v

Bought a "Few" games from a fellow local collector.
He was selling off a chunk of his stuff, as he's getting his first house.

    grand total of:
    3 Wii
    27 Xbox 360
    2 Snes
    58 NES
    127 Xbox
    36 GC
    73 PS2

326 games total. Only a few duplicates, and probably no more than 5 sports games.

I have a lot of sorting to do, but I'm sure I'll have a trade list up in the next while.
