so finds for me have been nothing special, not even willing to take a pic for them.

Stopped by a GameCrazy to resurface some discs and found that they had closed. They were in a Hollywood Video, though, so there were still some games around all 80% off. Mostly junk, but I did grab GBA Zone of the Enders and Tron 2.0 for a buck each.

I also picked up PS1 RE Directors (no manual, mint discs) for $8 and Omega Boost (CIB, also mint) for 5. I'll likely return the latter, as I already have it and so that is a bit high.

Today I grabbed SNES TMNT Turtles in time and Yoshi's Safari for 1.80 each, plus NES Quattro Sports for 1.80. I passed on RBI Baseball 3 and Bases Loaded 3 for the same price, because I couldn't remember what I have and don't have. Turns out I need BL3, but not RBI3. I've bought RBI games multiple times in the past because I couldn't remember which I had, and of course I already have them.

Hm. How is Omega Boost? I saw some screenies at MobyGames and it looks interesting enough to trade for it... ;D

Went to the GS B2G1 and grabbed KORG DS-10, Endless Ocean and Xenosaga III. Also got sealed copies of KORG and My World My Way. Keeping one KORG, the rest are for ebay.

Did you get KORG or Korg+?

nm Korg+ isn't out until January.
Because it makes no attempt to be great, it is therefore extremely great.

Today's finds... Well I had a friend tag along with me. I didn't want her to come but I had no choice. Blargh.

    So.

    Daft Punk - Homework - $1.50
    You Don't Know Jack 1, 2, 3, The Ride, Offline + A 1000 Solitaire game shareware compilation + a Magic CDI game = $2
A really weird double album with a mustached guy with long hair playing a guitar - $1 (it looked so stupid I had to buy it.)

I also went around town. My friend was looking for some stuff for her kid. So we ended up going into several Chinese-owned stores and what do I find?

THEY'RE SELLING DEMONIC PENGUIN FAMICLONES! The ones that have eyes that light up! They were $18 so I didn't get one but DAMN if they didn't look cool as hell!

Well, they don't really "do" flea markets in Canada. The few that we have are poor, and only around in the summer. So everything like that's a novelty to me.
The "Flea market" in my hometown is a Stockyard. IE. They exchange cattle and such. There's also farmers with fruits, but very few other vendors. 1 guy selling flags, 2 people with the socks/workwear stuff, a few craft vendors, and that one beanie baby guy. Nothing like the fleas you have in the US

There are a couple of "Flea" markets in west side Toronto, Mississauga boarder area. Dixie Value Flea, there's a retro game stall but the prices are a little on the "WTF" high side. There's a few more in the north end near steels Dr. Fleas and a few otheres haven't made it up there in a long time.

The VV and GW's are ALWAYS dry occasionally I find 1 or two 2600 carts, but never any snes or n64 or anything else. As for systems 99% have no cords or accessories and are of questionable working condition.

Wish I knew where to shop around here

Not really a market, no; I mean, they're just famiclones. The only appealing thing is the shape they're in. They're not really rare but they're nice to look at, you know? And a lot cooler than a Famiclone in the shape of a PSOne, an N64 pad, a PS2, Wii, etc...

If anyone wants one, I'll GLADLY buy and send one your way for the cost of the item, taxes, and shipping costs. This includes you, Smurfette. You're in Canada so shipping may be a killer but other than that, I don't mind. And, of course, I'll test them before shipping.

How much do the vendors charge for them? I wouldn't think Famiclones were very much.
    In Heaven, everything is fine.

These are being sold in stores. They sell for $18 or so, possibly $20 depending on the owner.

I assume they come with a multicart, but I can't check (these things are sealed.)
