Default Atari 2600 Jawbreaker- Prototype or not?

I was seriously considering on buying this, but the fact that the label looked different than usual Tigervision protos deterred me from really trying to buy this one. Has anyone seen a prototype Atari 2600 game that looks this way? The auction had 200+ views, and yet it didn't go for much considering that I've seen ordinary common lab loaners go in the $100 range. Is this game a prototype or not?

Even though the auction says it's Jawbreaker, the front end label says "II Jawbreaker" if I'm seeing it right. This was something else that bothered me. That and the fact that there was no discussion about it on AtariAge

EDIT: I don't know what to say now. I bid $42 on it, not really trying to win it and now the guy's offering it to me as a second chance offer. Is this thing even worth that much?

    (/me waits for advice)

Well, it's being sold out of Canada, so shipping is a stupid $12.99 FOR A SINGLE ATARI CARTRIDGE.

So the price is actually $54.99. I can't see myself paying that much for an Atari game that might be a prototype. Hopefully someone here knows a thing or two about protypes that can help me with this.

I saw that too, it is definately not an authentic Tigervision prototype.

This cart is not a prototype. It is a Brazilian knock-off. This particular company had a target on their font label instead of a name. The end label has the game number followed by the game name.

This game reads "11 - Jawbreaker". You can see more of these exact carts in this thread on items manufactured for the 2600 in Brazil:

Note that they followed the same style. The other carts end labels say "9 - Enduro", "17 - Atlantis", etc...

Thanks soooo much for this information. I was wracking my brain trying to figure out what that cartridge was exactly. It may be interesting, but it is not worth $50 then.
