Default What are some good interactive games? (Not what you think.)

When I say interactive I mean a game where you can pick up almost anything and throw it around. The only one i can think of is Dues Ex for the PS2. Where you can close doors, and throw stuff in front of it so the enemies can't come in for example.

P.S What are some good physics games as well, meaning games where bodies fly and end up in hillarious positions such as Half Life 2 but for consoles?

Resident Evil Outbreak and Outbreak 2.

However, I'll only recommend these if you have a PS2 and an HDD. These games have some of the worst load times for the PS2. The original has around 15 seconds per room and the second one has about 12 seconds per room.

These games are really nice though. The enemies don't always stay in the same place, so zombies can break down doors, hunters can go through different areas, the Leech Man goes back into airducts and will drop down and attack, can't be killed, etc.

To different areas you can break through doors, actually find the keys, use vents, etc. You can also use stuff to push in front of other doors to stop enemies from proceeding for a limited time. When online you don't know what each character has, you don't know if the characters have died, where they died at, etc. Of course, there's no more online which makes me wish they'd release a PSP version of Outbreak and Outbreak 2 so we can always atleast use Ad-hoc if the servers go down. Offline you'll get retarded AI which are atleast decent, but when taking too much damage you don't die until your virus goes to 100%, meaning you can get the enemies off your allies and help them to their feet to help you finish the stage.

Also, when it comes to interactions. I know that most stealth games offer a lot.
Everything in the above post is opinion unless stated otherwise.

In the Condemned games you can pick up almost anything laying on the ground and use it as a weapon, or throw it at an enemies head if you choose.

Half-Life 2. Especially near the end of the game.

I know you mentioned consoles, but I feel almost obligated to mention Garry's Mod, which I'm pretty sure is PC-only. But in terms of sandbox physics fun, I can think of none better.

Oblivion has some basic physics where you can pick up and move objects/ragdolls, but I'm not sure if you can do that in the console version.

I didn't even think of that. You could pick up almost anything to attack with. That's one game I wish would get ported to the PS3.

Elebits for Wii. The entire game mechanic is picking things up, turning them on, shaking them, etc.

Didn't the first Power Stone have a lot of interactive elements? You couldn't pick up/interact with everything, but I seem to remember using a lot of the environment in that game.

    Hitman 2!

I never played the other Hitman games so I can't vouch for them but I used to turn on the nail gun cheat and attach people to ceilings lol, it's grade A interaction even without cheats but with cheats on it's just straight ballin.

Yeah, there were plenty of objects and scenery to interact with in that game.
