Default Replacement Gameboy Save batteries in Bulk?

I keep running into pokemon games that I have to solder new batteries onto so they can save again. What's the cheapest site I could buy around 10 of these from?

digikey has them for like $1.something each. (CR1616 with tabs i think) though pokemon crystal uses a different battery, i dunno if they have that (CR2025 with tabs, iirc) and i think gold/silver use 2025s too

You're right, they have cr2025s really cheap but I don't think they have the spotwelded tabs on them. There's no way to add just the battery to the board without those tabs is there?

There's a Batteries Plus store less than a mile from my house and they will spot weld tabs onto batteries for free.

    Is there one near you?
