Default Sega Neptune For Sale (Homebrew System)

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1YIHyggj4nY

Here it is a great working Sega Neptune wanna be homebrew system for sale....

    FEATURES:

-Great compatibility with both Genesis/32X games-

-Powered by a single Power Supply-

-Full RGB support at the 9 mini pin din A/V port connector, specially for those wanting to use a Component or HDMI converter-

-English/Japanese Region switch (some 32X games will display in Japanese "Super 32X" hidden mode)-

-Heatsinks, cooling fan and a vent system installed, for those long, intense, extended periods of game play-

-Tested to work with the Sega Cd system (Although all of my cd systems have been fully serviced with new caps and the such) so this may vary-

This unit will include: Power supply, 6-button Official Sega controller, A/V cable and the normal Exp bus cover (not pictured, but a different instead)..

Taking offers at the moment...Selling it for funds towards a good cause....

    Check my feedback...

Questions???...Please don't hesitate to PM me...

Here is a funky low quality video of the system in action:

Funny enough, it isn't a sticker at all....it is a made up plastic bezel taken directly from the original Sega 32X system empty shell, so basically is the official logo of the 32X system ....

    How loud are the fans?

Is it compatible with all 32x and genesis games? I notice the the longhorn engineer had to revise his neptune design because of compatibility with a few games. Is your design based on his or did you start from scratch?

A youtube video added to the description, there you can hear the fan if you pay close attention...Not loud at all, and much quieter than a fat PS2 system for sure.....

This system play flawlessly Genesis as well as 32X games, I have almost all of the 32X entire game library, and they all played great (including "Spider-man Web of Fire" and "Knuckles Caotix" check out the video for references )....

I do all of my mods, my own way...Don't know much about the longhorne engineer..

    Three questions/comments:

    1. Can I hook up a Sega CD to this?

    2. Please, please, please post a price! I don't want to haggle. I just want to see a price and decide.

    3. This console looks awesome. I want one, but... how much do you expect to get for it (yup, same question twice!)?

Yes, this system is fully compatible with the Sega Cd system, as long as this one is in full working order and without any dried caps..

I'm not so sure about the price, this one sold on Ebay for $230 Euros = around $313 dls..

    http://cgi.ebay.ca/Sega-Neptune-Comb...item5ad58cacd8

The funky color can be done, and a scart cable included, for around the same price if you wish ...

For pricing purposes, Longhorn sells his for 140 but you supply the parts.

I can vouch for this as well. He added AV ports to my toploader NES and they look professionally done.

I'd have no concerns with the quality of this neptune build.
